Lumi
I combined three things, sea sparkle, gelatine and a passion flower, to create a new fictional object.
Lumi, a blue edible (healthy) party drug, with a passion flower shape that makes you emit blue light for a bit when you consume it. They create a pleasant and cheerful atmosphere and are therefore primarily used at parties.
